All character names, weapons, artifacts, regions, materials, icons, images, trademarks, and graphical assets related to Genshin Impact are the intellectual property of Cognosphere Pte., Ltd. / HoYoverse.

By accessing, browsing, or using the Spirifly web platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, as well as our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please discontinue using this website.

2. Purpose and Description of the Service

Spirifly provides material calculators, weekly farming schedules, character builds and guides, and wish tracking/simulators for Genshin Impact players. All tools and information are provided strictly for informational and recreational purposes.

3. Free and Non-Commercial License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, revocable, and non-transferable license to use this platform for personal, non-commercial purposes. Commercial resale, sublicensing, redistribution, or unauthorized commercial exploitation of this platform or any third-party intellectual property contained herein is strictly prohibited.

4. Prohibited Activities

When using this website, you agree not to:

Use automated tools (scrapers, crawlers, high-frequency bots) that may disrupt, overload, or degrade platform performance.
Attempt to bypass security features, OAuth authentication flows, or Google API rate limits.
Inject malicious code, harmful scripts, or unauthorized external links into the platform.

5. Account Security and Game Credentials

Spirifly does not ask for your Genshin Impact game password or Google account password. Google sign-in is handled through Google Identity Services. If you connect Drive, the browser uses an OAuth access token and the authorized account email to synchronize application data. Wish import links may contain temporary authentication credentials; do not publish or share these links. See the privacy policy for details.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability

This service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We are not liable for any mathematical discrepancies arising from official game patch updates or for local data loss caused by clearing browser cache or cookies.

7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Chile. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be submitted to the competent courts of Santiago, Chile.
